Four Sandwiches Four Ways

Hey y'all!

I saw this quote on instagram (ahem...you better follow me!) last night and had to repeat it because it seemed perfect for this post...work and play hard...but snack harder. Cute, no? Check out these little sandwiches for some energy boosting inspiration...these guys work for any meal of the day [O-m-g I'm excited].

The first sandwich has sliced Jamon Serrano, Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss Cheese, and chopped green onions. Jamon Serrano is a traditional spanish style dry-cured ham and with only 60 calories per slice it makes a yummy salty snack.

The second sandwich is layered with Belgioioso Ricotta Con Latte, sliced cucumber, and radishes. This ricotta cheese is my favorite because it's made from fresh natural whey and a touch of part skim milk...rich in protein and ideal for vegetarians!

This third sandwich is smeared with Creme Fraiche then topped with sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes...I chopped up green onions because I loooovvee onions. Typically this french styled cultured cream is used to enrich soups or sauces but it's just as delicious on fresh bread.

This final sandwich also has Creme Fraiche and with the blackberries it becomes the best mix of savory sweet.
