Oven Roasted Siracha Wings

I highly recommend having a large glass of water or milk by you...oh boy do these babies make you sweat! OOOO WWWWEEE!

All you need for these six wings is a bowl with baking powder, butter, sriracha, plus some cilantro and jalapenos as a garnish.

Rinse the wings and pat dry. Cover the wings in baking powder (I used a big ziplock bag and tossed the wings in the bag to completely coat the wings) and set aside for an hour to dry. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and bake the wings for 20 minutes. While the wings are baking put half a stick of butter plus 1 cup of sriracha in a hot skillet. Cook till all the ingredients are melted together - turn down the heat to low to keep the sauce warm. When the wings are done baking, put the sauce in a bowl and toss the wings in the bowl. Garnish with fresh jalapenos and cilantro...enjoy!!
