Oven Baked Parmesan Fries

I can eat these little golden fries all day long...but then I would probably look like a sumo wrestler...

Whether you like your fries super hot or at room temperature, the taste of these baked parmesan fries won’t disappoint you. Be sure to use red potatoes for a moist on the inside but crispy on the outside end result.

  • 2 medium red potatoes, scrubbed, (leave skin on) 
  • ¼ cup olive oil 
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme 
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
  • Cut potatoes into wedges. 
  • Put into a large bowl 
  • Pour the olive oil, Parmesan and seasonings onto the potatoes. 
  • Stir until all wedges are coated. 
  • Lay on covered baking sheet with aluminum foil (dull side up) 
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving. 
  • Serve with a favorite dipping sauce, like ketchup or spicy mayo (mayo with Sriracha)
