Baked Apple Snack Mix

I find the healthier I eat the more often I get hungry...which is good, right? Burn those calories...burn! 

This baked apple snack mix is a perfect in between meal plus its super easy to pre-pack for the week in Ziploc bags. 


  • 1 1/2 honey crisp apples
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Trader Joe's freeze dried cranberries (do not add into mix if you don't like the bitter flavor)
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried raisins
  • 1/2 cup oats


  • Cut apples into thin slices 
  • Mix apples in a bowl with brown sugar and cinnamon
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put apples on baking pan and space without touching each other. Bake for 1 hour and flip over, bake for 1 more hour. 
  • Once apples are baked let them cool for 20 minutes. 
  • Mix almonds, raisins, cranberries, and oats with dried apples.
