Bison Dumplings

I think I have found my new favorite spot to work at...drumroll pleassssse...Namaste Cafe! I haven't done much research on the place but with the cute front porch and homely feel on the inside it must have been a old home revamped into cafe. It almost feels like I am working from home...well almost. Home minus my bed. 

After pounding 4 cups of coffee I decided to get the bison dumplings with tomato sesame seed chutney. I've never made dumplings at home but I will definitely be replicating this recipe in the near future.
